4th Annual

Discover your truth.

The 4th Annual Brotherhood Conference will bring together approximately 500  7th through 12th grade young men of color from Sacramento and San Joaquin County. This year’s Conference theme is on developing student identity. Each young man will reflect on the unique backgrounds, experiences, and personalities that make them who they are. By the conclusion of the event, students will be able to write their own story and proudly declare “I AM _______”.

The Brotherhood Conference was created in 2017 to provide IYT young leaders a safe place to further develop as leaders, drive the agenda, discover their strengths, and build upon their unique backgrounds, experiences, and personalities.

The conference is a celebration of the cultures, talent, and exceptional abilities where each young man has the ability to learn from local community leaders and hear from exceptional changemakers.
