Louis is currently the Program Director for Mira Loma High School. As Program Director, Louis is responsible for leading and guiding the young men of color on campus in excelling academically and social-emotionally with the ultimate goal of helping the young men graduate high school and beginning their journeys as college students. During this process, Louis also helps to cultivate a learning environment that encourages ‘brotherhood’ where the young men hold each other accountable and expect the best from one another. Over the past several years, Louis has collected a wide range of experience which includes working with at-risk youth in group homes, helping people with disabilities develop necessary job skills, and most recently serving youth who struggle with severe mental health issues. Louis obtained his bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Northwest University. He and his wife currently reside in Sacramento where they both value using their free time to serve their church and community.
