"Growing up in Stockton came with a lot of criticism. Many people in my own city made fun of how educated I was, the school, and neighborhood I grew up in. You don’t have to be a statistic on someone’s stat sheet and you don’t have to meet anyone’s expectations but your own. I broke the barrier in my city and I know others can to. I strive to help others succeed on their own pace and by being themselves along the way. That is my WHY!"
