December in Review: Foundation & Growth

December at Monterey Trail High School marked a pivotal shift from establishing connection to active leadership. This month, we officially launched our core Brotherhood curriculum, moving our students from a simple sense of belonging into a phase of growth and accountability. Through intentional sessions, our Brothers are now translating their potential into action, focusing on teamwork, perseverance, and the growth mindset needed for academic success.

Core Curriculum Launch from Belonging to Brotherhood

Brothers were fully engaged during the Brotherhood Workshop, actively participating in meaningful discussions.

At Monterey Trail High School, the core Brotherhood curriculum for the year officially launched with energy and purpose. This set the foundation for a powerful journey from belonging (established in the earlier Brotherhood Series) to brotherhood, leadership, and growth in action.

The sessions were designed to help members:

  • Strengthen accountability, teamwork, and leadership roles within the Brotherhood.

  • Reinforce a growth mindset and perseverance, clearly connecting effort to both academic and personal success.
