Program Benefits
-
Whether you attend a community college or four-year university, with the IYT College Completion Program you'll receive near peer mentorship throughout your journey.
These sessions are held one-on-one or in group settings, and led by IYT Mentors. Near peer mentorship is a foundational piece of the IYT model, and crucial to our success. Unlike the traditional approach, you'll be paired with a mentor close to your age, with shared cultural experiences who can offer valuable insight and practical wisdom.
-
By enrolling in IYT College Completion, you'll have access to monthly membership meetings, workshops, and group activities.
Our membership meetings are a chance for you to connect with other IYT Brothers, enjoy games and food, and hear from guest speakers. Workshops are held each month and focus on a variety of topics including mental health, financial literacy, time management, and more.
-
Develop the skills and connections to start your career with confidence!
We offer workplace tours at companies like Google and Meta, so you can transform your career goals into tangible possibilities. These onsite experiences are a valuable opportunity to explore different industries and network with professionals. Members are also eligible for valuable internships and job shadowing opportunities, helping you translate your academic achievements into a meaningful and successful career.
-
Navigating your college experience can be challenging, but building community and fostering connection is crucial during those high-pressure years. Grow your emotional resilience and a sense of belonging, in a fun and supportive environment.
