At IYT we believe that a young man’s zip code should never determine his destiny. We aren’t just providing a program, we’re engineering a systemic shift in how communities invest in young men of color.
By breaking down barriers to higher education, and fostering a Brotherhood rooted in excellence, we have turned potential into tangible proof. Over 99% of our members graduate high school, and our alumni are entering the workforce as the next generation of civic leaders, engineers, and educators.

To date, IYT has empowered over 1,800 young men of color with the mentorship, support, and resources to graduate from high school. When we reach 10,000 high school graduates, not only will our programming create leaders and strengthen local communities, we will have generated a projected $1 billion in lifetime economic value.
