The IYT Mentor Fellowship is a year-long fellowship for college students, young professionals, and emerging leaders to contribute to the formation of young scholars of color on their journey to and through college. The IYT Mentor Fellowship provides an opportunity for aspiring educators and social justice advocates to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the formation of young scholars on their journey to and through college.
IYT will provide emerging leaders the opportunity to expand their expertise and further their ability to serve communities deeply affected by social injustice.
Candidates of all genders are encouraged to apply! We provide two fellowship categories: Mentor (Part-Time) and Lead Mentor (Full-Time)
Fellows will serve on a campus within one of IYT's signature program areas. Sites are based within Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties.
