IYT members are provided with the following wrap-around support services from 7th through 12th grade including student development, academic study hall, internships, college tours, parent engagement, and mentorship.

Programming and services are provided during the school day and after school and take place inside IYT classrooms on each school campus. IYT members attend weekly study halls, workshops, and mentorship sessions.  The goal of each IYT program site is not to supplant but enhance the work of counselors, teachers, and administrators.

Outcomes

"This brotherhood has put me in rooms with many Black and Brown men who have earned master and doctorate degrees and inspires me to achieve far more than I ever thought was possible for myself"
– Jayden Coleman, IYT University, UCLA
