Overview
IYT College Academy serves young men of color in middle and high schools across California, helping them pursue and achieve their college-bound dreams.
By providing wraparound programming and services that cultivate a shared sense of brotherhood, College Academy helps members build resilience in the face of systemic roadblocks, celebrate their authentic selves, develop their passions, and get to college.

Internships
IYT members are provided with the following wrap-around support services from 7th through 12th grade including student development, academic study hall, internships, college tours, parent engagement, and mentorship.
Programming and services are provided during the school day and after school and take place inside IYT classrooms on each school campus. IYT members attend weekly study halls, workshops, and mentorship sessions. The goal of each IYT program site is not to supplant but enhance the work of counselors, teachers, and administrators.
