This 90-minute event is designed for school and district leaders, funders, and community partners who want to understand how IYT’s proven approach strengthens schools and creates lasting change.

A Program Showcase is your chance to step inside the classroom and experience the power of IYT’s model firsthand. From mentorship and academic support to brotherhood and leadership development, you’ll see how we help young men of color excel in school, college, and beyond.

Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of young men of color who attend and graduate from college through its 12-year College Academy model. In Nevada and across the nation, IYT provides afterschool programs that combine mentorship, academic support, and leadership development to address chronic absenteeism, low GPA, and disengagement among young men of color—particularly those below a 2.0 GPA. Through case management, meals, college tours, and parent engagement, IYT builds belonging and accountability that keep students in school. Nationally, IYT has reduced chronic absenteeism by 20%, achieved a 99.6% graduation rate, and continues to develop the next generation of college-bound leaders.
