This past month at IYT at Hogan Middle School, we held a heartfelt celebration to honor our graduating 8th graders and their transition to high school. The event celebrated their hard work, academic progress, and leadership throughout their IYT journey. A powerful highlight of the ceremony was hearing from our Brother of the Month, Ibrahim Nasher, who took the stage as a lead speaker. He shared his personal story of how his two years in IYT have impacted his life, perfectly embodying the spirit of resilience and achievement we celebrated in all our graduating scholars.

Celebrating IYT 8th Grade Graduates

We recently held a heartfelt and inspiring 8th Grade Graduation Celebration for our IYT (Improve Your Tomorrow) students, honoring their hard work, growth, and achievements over the past school year. The event brought together families, staff, and community members to recognize the academic progress and leadership our students have shown, especially in areas like college readiness, character development, and peer mentorship. It was a powerful moment to reflect on their journeys and look ahead to their bright futures in high school and beyond. We’re proud of our scholars and grateful for the continued partnership and support from our school leadership.

Brother of the Month

Brother Ibrahim Nasher was a lead speaker at our 8th-grade graduation celebration. He was able to stand in front of our IYT families and highlight how IYT has impacted his life. Ibrahim has been a part of IYT for 2 years now and has loved every minute of it.
