Media Advisory: IYT Hosts 2nd Annual Mental Health Is Wealth Summit Oct. 23

Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) Sacramento Region is back with its 2nd Annual Mental Health Is Wealth Summit on Friday, October 23.

Educators, mental health professionals, parents, and youth-serving practitioners will spend the day on community panels and breakout sessions about supporting boys and young men of color. IYT is a partner in Governor Gavin Newsom's California Men's Service Challenge, a statewide call for 10,000 men to serve as mentors, coaches, and tutors. The summit puts that call to work in Sacramento, where local leaders are taking on disconnection, loneliness, and mental health among young men.

Media are invited to attend, record, and photograph.
