At IYT, we believe that when boys and young men of color are surrounded by a community that actively invests in them, they don't just succeed, they lead.
The 2026 Brotherhood Summit is more than a gathering, it's a strategic investment in Minnesota's future workforce. Hosted by IYT Minnesota, this half-day summit convenes over 200 boys and young men of color to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity.
