Lead Where you Stand.
Our inaugural Leadership Summit convenes 150 youth, from 11th graders through undergraduate students, at critical points in their postsecondary journey: preparing for college, entering it, and stepping toward career and community leadership.
Guided by the theme “Lead Where You Stand,” this immersive event builds directly on the momentum of our 2026 Brotherhood Summit, moving participants from foundational exposure to real-world application. By bringing high school juniors and seniors together with undergraduate students, the Conference creates a community of learning among our future leaders. Those a step ahead share lived experience, and those coming up gain a clear view of what is next. Extended breakout sessions focus on applied leadership, personal development, universal career skills, and postsecondary navigation. Panels featuring local industry executives and community leaders offer direct access to professional networks, actionable guidance, and lived examples of leadership in action. Spanning 11th grade through the undergraduate years bridges the transition from high school success to confident leadership in college, career, and community.
