As the manager of the IYT Mentor Fellowship I am in a great position to help foster civic renewal within our communities by bringing in groups of mentors who have reached a level of success themselves and now get to pay it forward. When an individual is able to give back to the next generation and become a leader in their community, it's truly one of the greatest measures of success and a key factor in fostering the next generation of leaders."
