Help us Prepare Our Students for Success

Assemblymember Rhodesia Ransom is collecting new school supplies to support students and families across Assembly District 13 (Stockton, Tracy, Mountain House, and French Camp).

K-12 school supply donations will be accepted through August 6

Supplies Needed:

• Notebooks (wide-ruled or college-ruled)

• Pencils and pens (No. 2 and mechanical pencils)

• Crayons, markers, and colored pencils

• Folders and binders

• Glue sticks and scissors

• Erasers and pencil sharpeners

• Highlighters

• Index cards

• Pencil pouches or supply boxes

• Dry-erase markers & Erasers

• Sticky notes 

• Sharpies

• Rulers

Drop-off Locations

Donations may be dropped off at participating partner locations during regular business hours. Additional drop off locations will be added throughout July, so please check back for updates.

Golden Valley High School: Summer Youth Academy

An exciting summer opportunity is on the way through IYT’s collaboration with the University of California, Merced, as part of the 1300 Campaign. A select group of students will participate in a 4-day, 3-night residential experience where they’ll stay in the dorms and experience college life firsthand.

Students will participate in workshops, build connections with peers, and take part in an educational trip to Yosemite National Park. This immersive experience is designed to promote college readiness, leadership, and personal growth.
