"My purpose in becoming a Program Manager within IYT is to give back. I have experienced IYT at all levels starting as a mentee, mentor, and lead mentor, then now becoming a Program Manager.
During my time with IYT, I lost my little brother, and if IYT weren't there for me, I wouldn't have graduated college. I want to give other brothers facing their challenges a chance and guidance
to see the opportunity of higher education even when the world is knocking them down. Essentially, helping them to become a leader in their community."
