"I believe that this work is critical to ensure the next generation is equipped to meet the ever-growing needs of our cities and communities. I also believe underserved youth are at an even greater disadvantage in today's society given the numerous structural and systemic forces operating against them. I believe that through intentional mentorship & programming, we can build intergenerational power and collective synergy among youth to help them transcend their limiting beliefs and maximize their potential to bring value and feel valuable to society."
