"The community I grew up in really didn’t have any resources to help support young men of color like myself with topics like College, Financial Literacy, Mental Health, and Ect. With that being said, IYT gave me those resources to help me overcome those barriers and gave me a fair chance to reach my full potential in life by giving me the knowledge I needed to be successful. IYT was so beneficial to me that I wanted to give back to my community and help out other young men of color that where once in my shoes by being that positive role model. Motivating the next generation to the right direction of a fair chance at life."
