We're proud to share that IYT Sacramento will be participating in two incredible events on Monday, January 19th in honor of MLK Day. We're reaching out today because we'd love our Sacramento community to show up and help make these events a huge success!

Downtown Sacramento
MLK 365: Walk For The Dream
ABOUT: March followed by an immersive and fun diversity expo with live music, food, entertainment, job opportunities, education programs & scholarships, and more! We'll begin at Sacramento City College and march to the SAFE Credit Union where attendees can enjoy the diversity expo.
WHEN: March begins at 8:30am, expo opens at 10am and closes at 2pm
WHERE: Meet at Sacramento City College (3835 Freeport Blvd) for the march, diversity expo will be held at SAFE Credit Union
COST: Free
North Sacramento/Del Paso Heights
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr: Call to Action March
ABOUT: March followed by a resource fair, lunch, and strategy session focused on topics including homelessness, youth development, community resources, and wellness.
WHEN: Event begins at 8am with an assembly and featured speakers, followed by the march from 10:30am-11:30am, and resource fair, lunch, and strategy sessions from 11:30am-2pm.
WHERE: Grant Union High School (1400 Grand Ave) (We will begin and end at Grant Union High School).
COST: Free
