June 2025

Month In Review
This past month at Black Diamond High, we celebrated our graduating IYT Class of 2025. The ultimate highlight was seeing one of our brothers deliver the keynote address at the graduation ceremony, having earned a scholarship and graduated early despite personal challenges. These inspiring achievements are nurtured by reflective workshops like our “Gratitude Tree,” where students explore the roots of their strength and their goals for the future.
Celebrating Our Graduates

We came together to honor and celebrate the graduating IYT brothers of the Class of 2025. This special event recognized not only a major academic milestone, high school graduation, but also the beginning of a new chapter in each of their lives. Whether they are heading to college, trade school, the military, or entering the workforce, we are proud of the hard work, resilience, and growth they’ve shown throughout their journey.
Academic Achievement Spotlight

One of our IYT brothers had the incredible honor of serving as the keynote speaker at his high school graduation. Despite facing personal and academic challenges, he persevered, graduated early, and was awarded a $500 academic scholarship in recognition of his hard work. His powerful speech and achievements are a true reflection of resilience, leadership, and the bright future ahead.
Workshop Spotlight
In this reflective workshop, IYT brothers created their own “Gratitude Trees” to explore their roots, strengths, current lives, and future goals. Through drawing and writing, they mapped out who they are and what keeps them grounded, from family traditions to dreams of becoming authors, coaches, or CEOs. The activity encouraged mindfulness, emotional growth, and brotherhood as students shared their trees and learned more about each other’s journeys. It was a powerful reminder of how far they’ve come—and how much potential lies ahead.
