Month In Review

This past month, our brothers engaged in diverse activities from budgeting workshops and gratitude exercises to team sports, with Nathan Sanders embodying our program's spirit as Brother of the Month for his consistent energy and impressive 3.1 GPA. The month culminated in our heartfelt 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony, where we proudly celebrated these rising leaders as they prepare for their next chapter in high school.

On May 19th, we came together as a proud community to honor our 8th-grade brothers at their IYT Promotion Ceremony, a special rite of passage marking their transition to high school. This memorable event was a heartfelt celebration of their dedication, personal growth, and academic achievements. While congratulating them on this significant milestone, we also looked ahead, encouraging them to carry their momentum and focus into this exciting new chapter. The ceremony was a powerful reminder that while their middle school journey is complete, the foundation they've built is just the beginning of their future success.

During the month of May, the brothers engaged in discussions on budgeting, wellness, and drawing out their gratitude tree for the things and people they are grateful for. Along with that, brothers were allowed to have some fun playing baseball and even a pick-up basketball game in the school gym.
