Month In Review

This past month at IYT at Willie Brown was all about celebrating our rising leaders. We proudly honored our entire 8th-grade class on completing their middle school journey. In a special recognition of their impact, we also named our Junior Mentor team—Diontae, Brian, Cedric, and Jullian—as our Brothers of the Month for their exceptional leadership and positive energy all year.

For our final Brother of the Month spotlight of the school year, we are incredibly proud to honor a group of young men whose collective leadership has been exceptional: our Junior Mentors! Throughout the year, these brothers have been the model of consistency and positive energy. Their unwavering dedication to showing up and uplifting the atmosphere has been instrumental in creating a supportive and engaging space for everyone.

As we close out the year, we give a special farewell and wish the very best of luck in high school to our graduating 8th graders, Diontae & Brian. We also look forward to the continued leadership of our returning mentors next year, Cedric & Jullian! Thank you all for your outstanding contributions—you are the heart of our brotherhood.
