Brother of the month
Uplifting Scholars - Thanks to...

Bro, Matthew
11th Grade
Matthew is a respectful young brother who constantly holds his fellow brothers accountable during programming. He carefully approaches his brothers about their conscious commitment to upholding our “We Statements.” These statements are community agreements that we implement, thus creating a safe space for brothers. IYT has a vision of a nation in which young men of color are overrepresented in higher education, underrepresented in the criminal justice system, and leaders in the community. Matthew is a leader in and out of IYT.

Our Community Champions
Local businesses fueling mentorship, education, and opportunity
We're proud to recognize the businesses and leaders who invest in the success of our scholars. Our Community Champions provide critical support—helping students graduate high school, attend college, and become leaders in their communities. Thank you for standing with us to create lasting change—one student, one school, one neighborhood at a time.
