Month in Review: The Culture of Focus

January at Weaver Middle School was defined by a shift in atmosphere. The Brotherhood returned from the break not just ready to attend, but ready to engage. The result was a space filled with collaboration, motivation, and a shared commitment to success.

Culture: The Power of Collaboration

Weaver Middle School Brothers stand tall to recite the IYT Creed, filling the room with purpose before diving into their collaborative work session.

Energy and focus filled the room this month as students dove into after-school programming! It was more than just study hall; it was active collaboration. Brothers worked together, shared ideas, and supported one another as they pursued their goals. Their dedication was evident as they completed assignments and took advantage of the extra time to grow academically. The space has become a hub of motivation, making each session meaningful and productive.
