We closed the year by hosting our first-ever Regional Showcase at Eldorado High School, securing $17,500 in new funding from key community partners, and celebrating outstanding academic achievements at Western High School. This month, we reached a major milestone by hosting our first-ever IYT Nevada Regional Showcase at Eldorado High School.

The event brought together students, mentors, school partners, and community leaders for a powerful afternoon of reflection. It was an opportunity to center student voices, review the successes of the fall semester, and witness firsthand how mentorship and belonging are shaping the lives of our young men. We extend a special thank you to the staff at Eldorado HS for hosting us and to every community member who joined us to mark this occasion.
